Countywide has done a great job servicing my appliances. I always seem to have issues with ice makers and they know what to do. Very reasonable.

We called CountyWide for a gas leaking LP stove. The phone answerer was very pleasant, they were able to be there the next day. The technician was very personable, was very deliberate and meticulous whie diagnosing the problem, and explained each step along the way to fix the leak and get us rolling again. Very happy with all points from the call, to the appointment time, to the technician and the work done. I would recommend them, and I would call again the next time we have a small appliance issue.

WOW! Jason from County Wide was beyond wonderful when he came to assess my dishwasher, dryer and refrigerator. His patient manner, knowledge and quick assessment of the appliances gave me immediate confidence that he was the right person for what I needed. He explained everything as he went from one appliance to another. A week later, when he returned with the necessary parts, I received the same expert service in a timely manner. I will be requesting him for all my appliance needs! My daughter had a problem with her stovetop, and I insisted she ask for Jason. She had the same great experience I had .
