“Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done. If you live in white plains or westchester Joe and his team will deliver and get you where you wanna be without any issues.“

“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. “Tom and Olympic Heating did a Herculean job. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies. Tom said, our units were good units and could probably be repaired - he came out and sure enough was able to fix it. Then they came out to do full maintenance, and releveled the units - and we have Central Air working again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their services.“

“I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.<br>He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“

“Before making any decision, we had several companies come in to give us an estimate. Although the quotes were all very similar, we decided to go with Doug and Dain from Able Air. We were extremely happy with everything about Abel Air! We had a huge job, needing our water heater, furnace and A/C condenser and coil replaced. They were very accommodating to our requested start date, even completing the job early. I found them to be very professional, courteous and respectful of our home, leaving not so much as a nick or scratch anywhere, also leaving everything clean and taking away all of the old equipment and garbage from the job.
