“This studio is EVERYTHING. RUN do not walk here.. I love hot yoga.. as a nurse it is one of my favorite activities. I am not at all good at it, but I love it. I walked into the stupid timid and afraid. As a travel nurse I walk into a new studio all the time just terrified. I was met with smiles not only from the owner, and the instructor but from other members. It is literally the nicest set of people. The class flowed beautifully and I left feeling top of the world. I initially came to The Reform School in 2014 for help with chronic back pain, and found Miriam to be extraordinarily skillful at identifying and correcting the problem. She patiently coaches, encourages, motivates, and challenges you. The studio has all the Pilates equipment, which provide a variety of ways to work out. It is also a wonderful place of calm in a fast world – I always finish my sessions feeling serene, confident, and a little bit taller!
