“I have been to Sarah for both pilates instruction and massage, as has my husband. Her facility is pristine and well equipped and she is excellent at both instruction and therapeutic massage. My husband love Pilates and has had several trainers over the years and he feels Sarah is the most proficient. I love a good massage, but they never seem to have long lasting results. Not the case with Sarah, her massages really relax, but also relieve knots and tightness. I can't recommend a therapist or studio more highly.“
“Today was my first session with Kat and seriously she not only makes you feel comfortable right away but also knows her stuff. I have had lower back pain for years and Kat gave me insights to pain issues I have had for years. She is gifted, intuitive and a pleasure to work with. I also love that she not only does hands on work but also gives tailored stretches to do at home. I also love her Pilates back ground because it adds to the work. “I joined Club Pilate on 12/19/2022. Ever since I joined, I‘ve been attending 4-5 times a week. I personally, don’t like to go to gym or exercising, but this Club Pilates makes me want to go. All the instructors are amazing, supportive and very professional. They all have different styles, techniques, and different ways to approach each class. They make class fun and challenging, making each class interesting. Never a dull moment. It was the best decisions that I made for myself.“

“I've been a member at the Scarsdale location for about two years. I also occasionally visit the Ardsley and New Rochelle locations as they are sister locations. The Studio is always tidy, and the staff is always helpful and kind. The classes are great regardless of your level of fitness; there is something for everyone! I have taken at least one class with every instructor. They all bring something different to the table. Of course, I have my favorite instructors - should out to Josh and Natalya! But every single instructor is truly great! Prior to joining, staff thoroughly explained their scheduling and cancellation policies so there are no surprises. If you have ever been interested in reformer, mat, or chair pilates this is the place for you!“
“I have been doing pilates at Havenview with Nicole both privately and semi-privately for over two years now. I began going twice a week, but now I attend the semi-private classes three times a week. Nicole is an excellent teacher. I took pilates at another studio prior to joining Havenview and every time I am in class with Nicole I think to myself “I didn’t learn that before.” Her verbal cues during exercises make all the difference. When I first started I thought I would never get the hang of pilates but with Nicole’s help and guidance I come to every class feeling confident and excited. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and really adds to the entire experience. When I’m in class I think of nothing else except my breathing and movement. It’s the longest I have ever stuck with any type of exercise and I don’t plan on ever stopping. With that said, Havenview is great for any age and any body type because Nicole caters to everyone, even during the classes. I attend class with people younger than me and much older. It’s a great inspiration to be exercising next to people much older than me knowing I can sustain this type of workout for my entire life.“
