A beautiful and rejuvenating experience every time. The nurses and staff are professional and extremely knowledgeable. This place is a wonderful asset to the local holistic and natural community. Infusion therapy has a vast array of benefits as does cryotherapy and sauna time. I am able to access some of the same health practices I love, but mostly only find in Europe, as holistic health is taken more seriously there. Thankful to have this as a local option.
Emily is talented, kind, and communicative! She’s a rockstar! Our 2 dogs always get groomed together & they always genuinely have a good fun time with Emily.

Although I miss John and Cindy I must say I am extremely happy with the new ownership and the beautiful job that they do. Such a friendly team of technicians and they do a beautiful job!!! Don't hesitate to give them a try because you will not be disappointed!
I was a walk-in patient and was seen almost immediately! Dr.Shoemaker is both lovely/personable and a great physician who really listens and makes sure that everything is thoroughly explained to you as the patient. I wish she could be my primary care doctor!!! I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing to visit one- it appeared that the providers were all physicians which was also nice and reassuring :)
When I called for a pedi appt. (My 1st & recommended by a friend) they said they opened at 10:00 a.m., so I made an appt. for 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:03 a.m. and interestingly the salon was completely full with one station left...do ppl wait in line to get in, or do they really open earlier than 10? Regardless, I was seated in the last pedi chair left. The salon was very clean, bright, and all techs were dressed in crisp white pants and jackets, and all masked. The pedi basin was lined, and I picked the $50 pedi with leg/foot massage. The entire experience was wonderful! I was escorted to the drying station and was handed my bill. I told my tech I'd have to use ATM machine to pay for Pedi, but I gave her a $10 tip in cash then and there. I finished drying, used ATM, and handed the cashier $60. She gave me $10 change. I started my exit, and another tech came running after me remarking that I gave the cashier $60 and took $10 change insinuating that I neglected to tip my tech (?). I assured her I already tipped, and she then proceeded to inform yet someone else who wrote something in a notebook...she then smiled and said ok. What if I chose not to tip? Would they have locked me in?!?!? I was embarrassed and unnerved. I will go again because it "appears" to be the cleanest & most sanitary salon I have tried so far. Except for the rude situation after I paid, it was a great pedicure! I would have given 5 stars but for the accosting at my exit!
My first visit at the Guilderland NY Emurgent care. Shannon, at Reception, was more than helpful, as was the admitting lpn and Lauren Blaisdell PA. All very kind, professional, and helpful!
