I had my first acupuncture appointment ever last week. I was very nervous since I have a fear of needles. Dr. Liz was so friendly and she did such a great job easing my nervousness. She did a very thorough consultation before treatment. As she applied the needles, I was very shocked at how small and painless the needles were. After lying down and relaxing with the needles in for about 30 minutes, I felt great! The rest of the day I felt so relaxed and calm. It was amazing how much of an effect those tiny needles can have. Elizabeth Dinapoli is all-around an excellent practitioner of the healing arts and an important addition to anyone's health care team. She's always one of the first people I run my healthcare problems by and does a simply fabulous massage as well.

I've been here for both Massage and Acupuncture and have to say that Liz is terrific! She's professional, effective, warm and takes the time to explain things to me when I ask questions. She's saved me from some pretty severe neck pain. I'm a regular over there!
