“I have been coming here for 2 years to fill my toddler’s (then baby) prescription. They are very helpful on finding frames that fit his little face. I never feel like I’m being upsold anything, just given helpful advice, especially since my husband and I have never worn glasses, so we are clueless with the whole process.This past time he needed his prescription updated, I wanted to see if his old back up pair still fit. I NEED a backup pair for him, because he’s a toddler and things happen. They were really great about not wanting me to spend extra money if I didn’t have to. Because of that, not feeling like they are trying by to get as much money out of me as possible, I will keep coming back here.“

“I wrote a one star review yesterday after the woman at bj's optical broke my nose pad prong and then told me I needed a new pair of glasses. I wrote a complaint by email and got a call today from Marta. long story short, they took my lenses and gave me a new frame at no charge. I think it's important to acknowledge when a company does the right thing after one of their reps at first did the wrong thing. I am very grateful that they fixed this and that goes a long way with me. Harry“

“I couldn't recommend this office enough. The staff is efficient and pleasant, the frames are well curated, and most of all, Dr Singh is a very high quality optometrist. He is so sharp, thorough, explains things in depth, and just takes his work very seriously. He caught very early signs of an unusual condition, normal tension glaucoma, for which he referred me to a glaucoma specialist opthalmologist. That doctor was so impressed that Dr Singh caught this, and it allowed her to treat it while in it's infancy rather than after I already noticed vision loss.“

“Was greeted immediately upon walking in by the front end manager, who was also training a young lady. The tech handling the preliminary eye tests was professional, well acquainted with the machines and breezed right through them.... like 8 of them. I can't remember doing so many different tests on an annual eye exam. This place is state of the art. Dr Cindy likewise used state of the art machines during her exam. She also had direct access to the raw data and results that the technician had just gathered. Dr Cindy is young and very intelligent, will be practicing for many more years to come- so I think it's settled. She's going to be my primary optometrist. Afterwards, the same Manager, a rather attractive young woman, I might add- and her trainee assisted me in selecting frames and lens options. She was indeed quite knowledgeable about frames and lenses and was pointing out facts to the trainee that only a seasoned eyewear veteran would know. So, yep, as a man wearing glasses for 50 years- that sealed the deal for me. I look forward to returning in a few days for my glasses, and returning next year.“

“As someone who has worn glasses most of his life, Dr. Zacharia was the best optometrist I’ve seen so far. He has great bedside manners, addressing any concerns or questions (and I asked a lot) I had. It’s a relatively small space so there were not too many options for glass frames, but that wasn’t too big of an issue for me since I had two relatively new pairs, and I went primarily to get contacts. The contact lens fitting was also a great experience as well because he let me try a sample on and made sure that I was comfortable in them, even going as far as giving me two weeks worth of contacts to trial. Will be coming here from now.“

“I'm not too good with keeping up with regular doctor appts. but I needed an eye doc for my license renewal and went with doctor Galente. I actually really liked him, he took the time to explain his process, and answered my questions. I had lasik done in the past (with issues) and he was able to point out some of the causes of some issues I had been experiencing and was able to see the remnants of what I thought was corrected from my lasik, he cleared up a lot of my concerns within 20 minutes! I appreciate that he wasn't heavily reliant on crazy machines and took the time to personally examine my eyes.“
