Was greeted immediately upon walking in by the front end manager, who was also training a young lady. The tech handling the preliminary eye tests was professional, well acquainted with the machines and breezed right through them.... like 8 of them. I can't remember doing so many different tests on an annual eye exam. This place is state of the art. Dr Cindy likewise used state of the art machines during her exam. She also had direct access to the raw data and results that the technician had just gathered. I was nervous to get a pair of glasses because I thought it would be really hard to find glasses that I liked for myself. I couldn't have been more wrong going into here. The whole staff was really nice and super friendly. Monica was the staff member who had personally helped me find glasses. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. She first asked what kind of style of frame I was looking for, and than helped me find the perfect glasses for me that were also in my insurance. I’ve been going to Westchester Eye Doctors for exams and frames for many years. The employees are so great, always so friendly and helpful. I have a really high script but I still want my fashion forward frames and I always find my perfect pair with their help. They were even able to re-fit my old lenses into new frames. Highly recommend !
