I wrote a complaint by email and got a call today from Marta. long story short, they took my lenses and gave me a new frame at no charge. I think it's important to acknowledge when a company does the right thing after one of their reps at first did the wrong thing. The store manager was very helpful with my frame selections and dealing with an insurance issue I had.
