It was quick and easy, exactly as he described over the phone. He was pleasant to talk to and the services were very fairly priced, even blowing out my desktop from dust for free. I have a custom built desktop that needed a new power supply, which I assumed beforehand, and Tony quickly confirmed. Tony was also able to install a new SSD that I had brought in. I called ahead on the phone to see if they had time for me that day, we scheduled a time, and it was done that day in about an hour or so. He charged me exactly what he paid for the parts, even showing me his order online, then charging $100/hour which is very reasonable, especially when he cleans out the computer and keeps the cords tidy with zip ties for free.“

At least they gave me cheap cell phone coverage. Phone was $60 (two lines) internet $87/mo. $147 all in.Yesterday I switched over to Verizon, and plus phone, I am now paying (with pre-pay) $120 — $70 for two phones, $50 for internet (guaranteed for five years).Plus, I’ll receive a $50 Target gift card — which is great, because the SIMPLE TRANSFER ??? from Spectrum to Verizon was an absolute cluster-f. “Tech support” from India was brutal, and no one could figure out our Nest Home issues (4 outdoor cameras, thermostat, kitchen display, doorbell camera).
