I worked with Advance 2000 for approximately ten years until my retirement in August of 2023. As IT Manager at Commercial Pipe & Supply Corp., I was involved with hiring Advance 2000 as Commercial Pipe's first-tier provider of hardware, software, networking services, and technical support. I found Advance 2000 to be professional, technically proficient, and responsive to our needs. From the company's owners, to sales, to management and technical staff, we were treated with a high degree of respect and importance as a customer. Advance 2000 and the Computer & Information Technology department at Alfred State College have partnered in giving our students an excellent opportunity to intern with the company over the past few years. The students rave about working there and can't say enough about how much they learned over the course of their internship semester. Advance 2000 does a great job of challenging our students and introducing them to real-world situations so that they feel empowered and confident in addressing technology issues. We look forward to working with Advance 2000 for years to come!
