“JOY was absolutely wonderful! We did everything over the phone working on behalf of my older brother helping him get a rose arrangement for Valentines Day for his gf. You could hear the smile in her voice along with her enthusiasm, and while asking the right questions she followed up with actively listening and provided the right details to help rest assure what we were getting. Once we decided, I added my brother in on the 3 way call so he could finish the transaction.
