JOY was absolutely wonderful! We did everything over the phone working on behalf of my older brother helping him get a rose arrangement for Valentines Day for his gf. You could hear the smile in her voice along with her enthusiasm, and while asking the right questions she followed up with actively listening and provided the right details to help rest assure what we were getting. Once we decided, I added my brother in on the 3 way call so he could finish the transaction. I had an amazing experience working with Joy and Pat! Pat was always communicating and let me know the week before our event that everything was all set to go. The flowers were absolutely stunning! Our day was perfect and I look forward to seeing our wedding photos with the flowers!

5 Stars!!! I had the pleasure of working with Pat (and Joy) for my wedding. Pat was super responsive, amazing to work with and most importantly she took my "inspo" photos and truly brought them to life all while staying within our budget. The flowers completely blew us away on wedding day! The arrangements and bouquets were so stunning, even the smell of the flowers filled up the whole room. I will forever recommend The Flower Shop to future brides/grooms. Thank you!!
