The owner Sue is one of the most professional and compassionate women that I have spoken to over the phone in years. I was unable to receive my Valentine flowers due to unforeseen circumstances. Mrs. Sue went way and beyond to offer me flowers at a later date or a total reimbursement. To me that spoke volumes. She not only cares for her customers, she respects us! This business will always flourish and will always have faithful customers like me and my husband. This place is amazing!!!!

I ordered an arrangement online (because I don't live in Rochester) to be delivered to a hospital in the Rochester area. I couldn't be more pleased. It was delivered on time and the greatly appreciated by the recipient. Thank you! I would highly recommend this florist!

Sue was fantastic.. I life long. Friend passed & I was in need of flowers.. Sue did just what I wanted and more. She took time to listen to me which I greatly appreciated !The price was right too .. thank you Sue
