Requested service at 12:30 AM on a Sunday. Kevin responded the following morning and was able to fit me in by 12:00 PM. He was very communicative and professional. He worked fast but was very thorough. I will definitely use this service again.
I visited this place on August 22, 2024, I was warmly greeted by the CEO and receptionist, they instantly made me feel welcome. I was thoroughly informed about the services they provide and what to expect. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and looking for an alternative to surgery. My pain level is usually at 9 -10 every day, when it rains I suffer immensely. I went for the free pain relief and I must say, just the 2 treatments I received made an amazing difference!!!! I came out with 0 pain, more flexibility than I had in months, I plan on getting more treatments. What I loved most was they don’t sell unrealistic expectations, very straightforward and they really make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!!
I called on a Monday and they were able to send a technician on Wednesday. He was very thorough, checking many codes to verify the problem. He ordered the part and was able to install it on Friday. Again, he double checked all the codes to make sure everything was working. Very pleased with the service, I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any other appliance problems.
Nelson was prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful with making our selections for shades. The pricing was discounted and sales were shared. He told us about a new energy credit that will be available with the purchase. He also correctly demonstrated how to use a previously purchased shade mechanism. We have purchased from Vertical Elegance and will continue to make future purchases. He definitely deserves 5 stars.
In all 4 of training for my yorkiechon who's 4 months old. She's doing amazing and loves the play time she gets with the other puppies. I love the teachers and assistance there plus everyone seems to get along fine and I love that for the pups and everyone included. Can't wait to bring my 5yr old yorkiepoodle
You can’t ask for a better dog trainer than Mary Bradford! This is the third time I’ve brought dogs to learn from Mary and her highest priorities are building a positive relationship between you and your puppy, and helping your puppy successfully and contentedly navigate the world around them.
Mary makes sure each session is upbeat and encouraging. We work on a variety of skills in each class. She works with each dog and family to find solutions to individual issues, and provides a tons of resources to expand on training outside of class.
In addition to training classes, Mary offers puppy play classes for puppies 11 - 18 weeks old. Not only do the puppies get to play and learn manners from each other under Mary’s supervision — you get to hang out with a bunch of puppies!

Jes is the best hairstylist I have ever had! My haircut always turns out exactly as I want and looks amazing every time. Since I started seeing Jes, I have received several compliments on my hair. She is not only incredibly skilled at what she does but also extremely kind. I always look forward to my visits. I highly recommend Jes to anyone looking for an exceptional and talented stylist!
Awesome! This was my first appointment here. My hair is very fine and it’s difficult to find a good stylist who knows what to do to properly cut and style for the fullest look. Malaysy took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find a good cut for the look I wanted. She did an awesome job! I was so happy I immediately scheduled another appointment with her for my next cut. The salon is clean and has a posh pleasant atmosphere. I think anyone who comes here will leave happy.
Suzi was great. She made sure I was aware of what she was doing and ensured I was comfortable every step of the process. As someone with anxiety, it helped immensely. I highly recommend the treatment and Suzi in particular.
What a great expereince! Angela is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling relaxed and my muscles had the best workout! Even the following day, I did not feel any tension and still felt relaxed.

They have a lot of options and can help you figure out what you want if you’re unsure (without the upselling and/or condescension that this can come with when dealing with other places). Prices are really reasonable too, actually I really don’t think you’ll find another place with pricing this good that’s in an actual salon! Sombre did my daughter’s first acrylic set and she SLAYED tf outta them!! Triniti did my daughter’s birthday hair back in September of last year and she loved that too! Def don’t hesitate to book with Crystals, the care in the craft, customer service, and prices are unmatched! Not to mention the vibe and aesthetics of the salon itself, cleanliness and the uplifting energy of the esthetician girlies working here. They have found a loyal customer!!
Patio solutions installed outdoor screen shades for our covered porch and two large windows we have in an area of the house that sees lots of sunlight. We are very pleased with the product, the shades are on a motorized system that are easy to work and aesthetically pleasing! We highly recommend this company for all your patio and sunroom needs.

I did a full hour of fascial stretch therapy with Kristin. By far the most relaxing and effective assisted stretch I have experienced. Kristin is super genuine, personable, and easy to feel comfortable with. She's also very good at what she does. Five stars!!

I m very reluctant to give a 5 star review because ( is someone that good?) However, Maggie listens to why you're there and then does what's nescessary to address the issue. It's only been 5 hours since my session but I feel so much better! I ll be happy to enjoy her talents for as long as she is in business.
Kris is a wonderful stylish and owner. Her products are all organic so you never get that smell even when getting your hair dyed. She not only does a great job with my hair and my young adult children. I highly recommend you book with her soon.

The Supervisor, Maria has always been very professional in reviewing our needs and providing excellent personnel to provide service for our home. Prior to COVID, we had been a been with Molly Maids for many years. My wife felt, it was time now to once again to secure the services of Molly Maids, and we started there welcomed services this week. And we are happy they came in this week, the ladies were just great and we welcomed their attention to details in cleaning. ?

We’ve used Penfield Plumbing for decades and about 2 weeks ago, I was reminded why we remain loyal customers. After locating the source of some very random knocking in our water pipes, we called Penfield Plumbing to have the problem fixed. Lou showed up right on time and after asking about the problem, went right to work.
After checking several possible sources and conferring with us, Lou went ahead and fixed what we all thought was the cause of the problem. We happily paid our bill and Lou went on his way. Unfortunately, the next morning, the knocking returned. I called and explained the situation to Monica and she arranged to have Lou return the next day. Before he even returned, he had checked with the manufacturer of the part he had replaced and spoke with colleagues to try and figure out the problem. After explaining things to us, he spent a great deal of time adding an additional part, at no charge, that ultimately fixed our problem. We could not have been more grateful!
In all the years we have dealt with this company and their employees they are always friendly, respectful, professional and caring. They truly want to help and they do, because they’re very knowledgeable and skilled, but they also want to be sure their customers are happy and satisfied…we always are and will always be loyal customers! MIG has been a wonderful company for our home improvement needs from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company! Andy our salesperson was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy to work with. We had new gutters installed today and they look great and the price was resonable! We are very pleased with the work and clean up that David and Jeff did on our gutters as a team and we appreciate their professionalism. Also, we had an old mirror removed and a new mirror installed in our bathroom and the other two gentleman who did this job were friendly and professional as well. Thank you.
I've known Warren for yrs. and have known him to be very detail oriented to the point where it's an obsession,..he's been in business long enough to know that every vehicle that leaves his shop has his reputation attached to it. He's done nothing less than uncompromising quality work to all of my vehicles over the past 10 yrs. starting way back when he was with Aratari. To Warren and his crew 5 + stars!!!!!

Wow! I never would have thought that insulation would be so exciting! From the initial quote that Tony wrote up to the final conclusion of the project, everyone was professional and communicative. When Jim and Stu came to do the work, I was struck by their knowledge, friendliness, courtesy, and work ethic. They respected my property, cleaned up after themselves, and called me by name. They explained clearly what they were doing and took pictures along the way. Worth. Every. Penny. The bonus was that they told us about monies available from NYSERDA which reduced our out -of- pocket costs considerably!
