Excellent service. I called and they came right out the next day. Arron was great in explaining the options and did the recommended repair immediately. I'm the first in my family ever to call a plumber. I've installed toilets, sinks, faucets, hot water heaters, and waterlines, but a persistent subterranean drain pipe blockage broke me! Like my stubborn father before me I would spend days , if necessary, to do it myself. My experience with Penfield Plumbing was positive from the moment I called. Renee was very upbeat, articulate, and cheerful in processing my request for an appointment.Upon meeting Vinney the plumber in my driveway I knew it was going to be a good day!
