“Doctor Kaplan is very knowledgeable but open to suggestions. You get the tests that you need and he puts you in the path to recovery. I had developed chronic bronchitis from a sinus infection after super storm Sandy. After several years of treatment I can breathe normally again and only use my inhalers occasionally or if I get a cold. Very refreshing to have a doctor who will listen to my input into what medicines I can try to improve my health. “I called City Md in Syosset today for some help. My mom 90 years old lives in Queens she is staying with me for while because she fell last week thank god nothing serious her right arm is in a sling and it came loose I was not sure how to adjust the sling. A young lady at front desk who answered the phone was so professional and most of all compassionate about my situation told be to come in whenever I wanted and the doctor would adjust the sling. I brought my mom there and two young ladies and doctor came to waiting area took her to a room . They were so kind and gently and so willing to help. The doctor adjusted the sling and made her so happy and most of all comfortable!This was by far the best service I have ever received ! I thank them all so very much !“

“This place was amazing! They were very well organized, staff was extremely professional, facility was very clean, and the nurse I interacted with, FNP Chase was very caring and welcoming. She explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all and any questions I had. When it came time to draw blood she did it quickly and I didn’t even feel the needle! I truly hate needles but she made this experience so painless that next I go to this location I pray she is there as she is very gentle, and truly cares for each person she interacts with. “Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!“

“Went to this facility today to get bloodwork for my 18 month old son done. His pediatrician said they were great, so I gave it a try. They were unbelievable! They were very friendly and efficient in knowing exactly how to get a very unhappy toddlers blood drawn AND made me feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous or judged that he was screaming. Now, I will be returning soon for myself!“

“Very friendly staff I was in and out in less than 30 min granted it was wed afternoon. Very informative and reassuring and respectful and will gladly come back for minor issues. I went in for a very large burn blister and wanted it slightly drained but was told its all or nothing and opted for no draining, just cleaned and protect it with ointment and wrapped it up.“
