“Doctor Kaplan is very knowledgeable but open to suggestions. You get the tests that you need and he puts you in the path to recovery. I had developed chronic bronchitis from a sinus infection after super storm Sandy. After several years of treatment I can breathe normally again and only use my inhalers occasionally or if I get a cold. Very refreshing to have a doctor who will listen to my input into what medicines I can try to improve my health. Many people told me that I would be taking medicines for the rest of my life with the good doctors help I beat it.“

“Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!“

“Dr. Susan Chan is one of the best docs that I’ve ever gone to for my daughter.
My 2 yr old gets so scared from the masks and medical personnel, and she was actually calm for half the visit with her. The doctor brought some bubbles into the room as a distraction and it was great. My daughter even said thank you and bye to her!! Never happened before to any doc.
Dr Susan needs a raise and a bonus and more coz she’s phenomenal!“
