“What a wonderful place! I went with my daughter today and the gift shop is beautiful and reasonable. My daughter found a gorgeous dress for an event and I found winter hats, candles, salts and cute yoga wear. I cant wait to come back for the spa! We went to the cafe and both had the best smoothies we ever had and delicious scones. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful. We cant wait to visit again! Thank you for a very nice day!“

“My son really loves the pod at Rise Above Flotation, so he gave me a gift of three sessions there. The first time he and I went together. I am a bit claustrophobic and decided to try the open float room. I had never done a float before and I was a bit nervous. I won't go into all the details, but I did not like the experience at all; I got out halfway through because I couldn't take another minute! However, I didn't want the other two sessions to go to waste, so I decided to give it another try and my husband, who was excited to try the pod, joined me. This time Ryan gave us the orientation before we started and he had some excellent tips for helping us enjoy the experience. His guidance made all the difference and I had a much better float. In fact, I completely lost track of time and was surprised that an hour had already passed when my time was up.“

“I cannot express how much I loved my experience here. I was coming for my first facial and was a little tense and nervous because I wasn't sure how it was going to go, the tools she would use, how the different products would feel, etc. Carolina was so gentle and sweet and made me feel safe and at ease. She would constantly check in on me and ask me how I was feeling, if I was ok, and would reassure me if I got slightly anxious. The whole experience was amazing. My face felt so much nicer, cleaner, rejuvenated, and relaxed during and after the facial. The massage was soothing and much needed, and Carolina was knowledgeable in feeling which areas on your neck/back are stiff, where stress goes, if you're more tense in some areas, etc. Not to mention, Carolina is less of an esthetician and more of a friend. She is calm, reassuring, gentle, and makes sure you're happy with what she's doing the whole time. I could not recommend her services enough, and I cannot wait to go back again, which won't be long before I do! Absolute best place to get a facial, and her other services are great too!“
