“I cannot express how much I loved my experience here. I was coming for my first facial and was a little tense and nervous because I wasn't sure how it was going to go, the tools she would use, how the different products would feel, etc. Carolina was so gentle and sweet and made me feel safe and at ease. She would constantly check in on me and ask me how I was feeling, if I was ok, and would reassure me if I got slightly anxious. The whole experience was amazing. My face felt so much nicer, cleaner, rejuvenated, and relaxed during and after the facial. The massage was soothing and much needed, and Carolina was knowledgeable in feeling which areas on your neck/back are stiff, where stress goes, if you're more tense in some areas, etc. Not to mention, Carolina is less of an esthetician and more of a friend. She is calm, reassuring, gentle, and makes sure you're happy with what she's doing the whole time. I could not recommend her services enough, and I cannot wait to go back again, which won't be long before I do! Absolute best place to get a facial, and her other services are great too!“

I knew I was in good hands when I met with Holly (years ago at this point!) at the consultation level, and she right then recommended skin routine changes that improved my skin before my first facial there. Since getting regular facials with her, I've noticed a significant improvement in dryness, tone, and breakouts. Not only does Holly know what your skin needs, but the experience is SO luxurious. The facial also comes with a hand and foot massage. Basically, I never want to leave but when I reluctantly do, it's always with my next appointment booked. Highly recommend.“

“Lorraine truly is highly skilled & a phenomenal masseuse! I’ve had massages all over the world, and no one has truly understood my muscles & pains like Lorraine does. I generally like a deep & strong massage but I’m usually always felt so unsatisfied…until I had my first massage with Lorraine. I’ve finally found someone who truly understand the human anatomy and can really get deep and release all my of my tension and pain.A year ago I slipped down some icing stairs and tore my shoulder. Ever since then my shoulders & back had been in constant pain. Thankfully, I started getting massages with Lorraine and she honestly relieves my pain every time! “Consistently good. Southbury is awesome too. I find prices slightly less here for better service. The space where they leave you while color processes is far too small and close. I stay by the windows - there the window seat cushions are comfortable Less one star for that.“
