I booked a prenatal massage after receiving a gift certificate. It was a very relaxing experience and Liz was great. Before we started, she took time to get to know problem areas and also explained what she would and would not be doing in comparison to a typical massage. You can specify the pressure that you like on your intake form, which I found helpful.

I booked an appointment for a facial, which was a birthday gift. My session with Alicia was ultra-relaxing and I noticed dramatic effects at the end. My skin felt extremely smooth as well.

This is my go-to favorite spa for massages in Fairfield County. My husband also absolutely loves this place. It feels like family when you visit. Could not recommend it more highly!
