The only downfall is having to walk down the stairs after the class because I can promise you, your legs will be on fire from such a good workout.“

I have had lower back pain for years and Kat gave me insights to pain issues I have had for years. She is gifted, intuitive and a pleasure to work with. I also love that she not only does hands on work but also gives tailored stretches to do at home. I also love her Pilates back ground because it adds to the work. Really recommend anyone in physical pain to see Kat!!“

“I have been to Sarah for both pilates instruction and massage, as has my husband. Her facility is pristine and well equipped and she is excellent at both instruction and therapeutic massage. My husband love Pilates and has had several trainers over the years and he feels Sarah is the most proficient. I love a good massage, but they never seem to have long lasting results. Not the case with Sarah, her massages really relax, but also relieve knots and tightness. I can't recommend a therapist or studio more highly.“

Christine was detail-oriented and grasped my ongoing back issues as the source of my overall body pain and misalignment, where others had not. Throughout the entire session, she knew exactly what positions to put me in to further correct my form and posture. Overall, it was an awesome experience, so much so that I signed up for weekly sessions!Very highly recommend Christine and this studio!“

I initially came to The Reform School in 2014 for help with chronic back pain, and found Miriam to be extraordinarily skillful at identifying and correcting the problem. I continue to go to The Reform School because my core and flexibility have never been stronger or as fit. The one-on-one sessions are personalized to your needs; Miriam never fails to ask what issues you’re having and tailors your workout to address them. She patiently coaches, encourages, motivates, and challenges you. The studio has all the Pilates equipment, which provide a variety of ways to work out. It is also a wonderful place of calm in a fast world – I always finish my sessions feeling serene, confident, and a little bit taller! I definitely and unqualifiedly recommend The Reform School to anybody who needs help recovering from an injury, or who wants to increase their overall strength and fitness. (Plus, there is parking right at the studio, so you don’t have to contend with parking meters and gridlock!)“
“I have been doing Pilates for quite some time. Denise Miller, the instructor, actually focuses and corrects each individual so we are not just going through the motions of the exercises but doing them correctly. This makes a huge difference as in most classes there is little opportunity to refine your practice.
