Adema installed three mini splits in just over one day. Very professional. Competitively priced, and listened to my one recommendation in terms of placement in the dining room. What I appreciated most was their honesty: I only wanted the new eco friendly mini-splits and they agreed. We waited six months for them to arrive. Their competitors just wanted to install the old versions ASAP.
We lost our heat Sunday night, called Adema first thing Monday morning they sent their tech, Andy who got the heat up and running temporarily while he looked into prices for a motor vs a unit. Our unit was old, which we knew their Sales Rep, Dan came out and gave us prices on all the options. We also had a struggling 31yr old ac system, we were offered a pkg price if we did both. The next day a crew of the 3 most professional, knowledgeable guys arrived to install the HVAC system (Ron, Evan and Bill). They arrived at 9am and were done by 1pm. We could not recommend them more. The best experience from beginning to end!! It's no wonder why they've been in business since 1873 with such great customer service and quality.
