Low maintenence, and just enough color to add some depth and interest. This was an excellent spa! I got an essential facial and added on a peptide eye treatment, facial massage, and hand treatment. She really took the time to analyze my skin and explain different options and products. My skin felt great for at least a week after and my hands went from what I call “old lady hands” to moisturized youthful hands. I also appreciate that the extractions here aren’t the typical painful manual extractions but rather use a gentler device. Overall I fully recommend this spa to anyone looking to help their skin in a relaxing space. One note - the parking is tricky as the location is downtown right by Sahlen field so al of the nearby lots are event parking only. Give yourself extra time to find street parking or park in a further away lot and walk.

I have been going to Jesse (Chief) for about 10 years now and have been going to Chiefs Barber Parlour since they opened three years ago. I will not go anywhere else for a haircut, period! If I am unable to go to Chief, I book with Nate & Ricky and they have always given me exactly what I am looking for. That goes for all of the barbers, Sam, Ramon & Justin as I have witnessed it first hand throughout the years. Every single one of them are professional, hold themselves to a high standard and are as friendly as can be! The shop is easy and convenient to get to, is very clean at all times and the vibes are always immaculate, I will not go anywhere else. Easily the best shop and barbers in Buffalo, NY!

Their website is welcoming and provides details about the stylists to help you choose who might be the best fit for you. Scheduling was easy and I really liked the questionnaire about your hair and your hair goals. My communication with Mercedes prior to my appointment was great! I had a very specific goal in mind and she took the time to understand what I wanted and then achieved it. I am obsessed with my hair and have received so many compliments! Mercedes was great to chat with and did such an incredible job! She even texted me days after my appointment to provide a conditioner recommendation!

Lauren and staff are absolutely phenomenal. I've been going to Atomic for more years than I can count and was so excited when they opened their second location. The Cheektowaga shop is definitely smaller than Main Street but the vibe is no less awesome. Easy parking and same great stylists. Hands down the best place I know for rainbow colors in Buffalo. But you don't need to be doing something exotic to go here. Phenomenal barbershop as well. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My little guy has special needs, and he can be so difficult most of the time… but not with Heidi, she’s so patient and caring that he actually gets excited to go to her. Got a spray tan Tuesday from Jessica for my wedding a Friday, and it was perfect. Everyone was complimenting me on my glow, and it was the perfect level when I said “as dark as I can go, but reasonable”.
They also spray tanned my now mother-in-law and she looked great too!
Just came in today for my first ever spray tan and Kat was great! She was super sweet and very professional. She put lotion on my mani and pedi so they didn’t stain and idk if that’s a common thing every spray tan artist does but I really appreciated it! The color looks incredible too I don’t feel like I look orange at all. Not to mention the inside of the shop looks beautiful and smelled great lol it was so welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

This nail salon was wonderful, but it has closed now. The owners of the plaza took the shop space for an Ulta store also ng with the Amherst Buffet. The salon owner who is a talented nail tech is at Nu Nails on Delaware Road now.

My first experience meeting Jennifer, the owner and stylist of JNR Salon, was fantastic. Visiting Buffalo, NY, I decided to take a chance and see if there was any availability for a trim and blowout to prepare for a concert. Despite the very short notice, Jennifer graciously took me in immediately.She examined my hair, which was very dry and dull, and mentioned that if she had more time, she would love to wash and use some of her products to hydrate it. I told her I wouldn’t mind waiting to experience her full range of talent. Jennifer, sweet and determined to revive my hair, made the time to do so. With care and expertise, she transformed my hair, making it look luxurious and concert-ready.The only regret I have is not living in Buffalo to have Jennifer as my regular hair guru. My daughter had such a beautiful blond color in her hair I had to ask for the name of her colorist. Jordan Barnes owner of Golden Hour. So, I had to start going. I am getting older and was not sure what I wanted. At first we decided on the signature color highlights but eventually I wanted to go natural. Jordan helped me do this gradually, so much that not many people even noticed. I cannot see going anywhere else.
Alyssa did an unbelievably great job with my brows! I hesitated even having them done because my brows are fairly full and shaped. I’m so glad I did ! Alyssa took them to the next level! She was easily able to come up with a shape that would work best with my current brows and shaped face. Alyssa was so kind and personal that it made the experience even better:) There was no pain involved at all and I am so happy with the results! Alyssa is the best!

I have been seeing Anna for waxing for over 10 years. I have followed her to several locations because she is that good. Recently I tried a new facial which included a micro-current treatment on her new machine. I was speechless after the treatment! Today I went out of my comfort zone and tried a hour long session in a sensory deprivation tank. Sometimes it’s difficult to try new things, but once I opened my mind and gave “floating” a try I had one of the most blissful physical and spiritual times of my life. The feelings of being in there totally shut off of all sound, sight, and feeling is difficult to describe but something I would recommend everyone to try. In this chaotic world having an hour to reset your body and your mind is something we could all need. 10/10 recommend

Hannah did an awesome job on my first brow tint! It was only $18 which I thought was extremely reasonable! She did my wedding makeup as well and did an amazing job then too. Everyone loved mine and my bridesmaids makeup and raved about it so much that my SIL booked her for her wedding as well. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and I'm so glad I did because she made me more confident with my brows. She even gave me some good tips and explained the differences between the different services. I can't wait to go back and try brow lamination and lash tints with her as well. Her space is so cute and it was easy to book online with her!

We had a gas leak and another company came out (twice), charging us an outrageous amount of money for cutting into our walls and not doing a single other thing then never calling back to schedule the next visit Gino’s crew came out and found the issues right away. Great emergency service from Trevor at Musso Plumbing. Our bathroom faucet sprung a leak and my attempts at fixing it had failed. Worse, it was a Saturday night and the faucet had no shutoff valves. Trevor showed up within the hour of my call and was able to install a new faucet complete with shutoff valves in around an hour. I'm very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I am very pleased with the service I received from CVM Electric. National Grid cut off my power and took my meter due to outdated wiring and electric panel. CVM electric came right away and explained to me exactly what work needs to be done and the steps needed to restore my power. What a great company! I originally called them to assist with an issue I was having with a fuse box at my rental property. He gave me some tips on how to keep the pest out. he went above and beyond very polite. Hopefully that did the trick, and when he comes back in a couple weeks or a month, the problem will be solved. Panda absolutely adores going to the vet, which I assume is quite rare, but I believe it's because everyone there exudes love and affection, something dogs can easily pick up on. I'm truly grateful for all they do, and Panda will undoubtedly remain their loyal client.

Dr Hansen saved my cat's life, he's a great guy who clearly cares deeply about his work, and all the staff here are really great.

I recently came here with my turtle Rexie, right from the start there was a calm aura and both receptionists are super nice. The assistant and vet were both super nice and patient. The vet was super gentle with rexie, and rexie actually let her hold her head. I was so shocked. But of course, once she realized what happened, she didn't let her do it again, lol. They also helped me stay in my budget, which was perfect. But rexie did perfect, and so did they. 100% will be coming back in the future. Wonderful people who work there.
All of the staff are very friendly and understanding, I have gotten invaluable advice from the doctors and Vet techs here. It is a vet I feel is fair and honest. I would definitely recommend their services
After getting a young kitten for the very first time, my mind was bombarded with questions and fear of the unknown. Thankfully, I was able to speak with the McClelland staff and schedule a new patient appointment with no problem. When we arrived, we were quickly greeted with a friendly welcome. All the staff members were attentive and courteous. Dr. Carrig provided a thorough exam on our kitten, while answering our questions and fully addressing our concerns. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, and passionate about his profession. We know we are in great care in his hands and look forward to many years of visiting McClelland! 10/10 for outstanding service!
I've been taking my dilute tortie, Eowyn, to West Side the whole time I've lived on the west side. They always take such good care of her and help me monitor her weight and pancreatitis and any other health issues that she may start having as an aging cat. They are so kind and gentle with her and are very helpful with her and they make going to the vet as easy as possible for my girl. Thanks!
Alford's Angels is wonderful. The staff is very kind to the dogs. They take only a couple of dogs at a time so the experience is much more calm for dogs than at many other groomers. They do a beautiful job too
Josh is wonderful! Over the years I have taken all my dogs to him. He is now super patient with my crazy puppy!!

Fabulous. Had gotten away from yoga with covid, started back this January. I am an old guy, 67 but pretty fit. Love the power yoga, gives me the flexibility I need and also great cardio. Extra special during the winter months or when there are storms and I can't exercise outside easily. Had to learn that with my knee I can't do the up and down flow as quickly as the young folks, the instructors are great about reminding us that we all need to follow what our bodies need. I had to chill out and remember that it is not a competition, that is my issue not PYB's. Every instructor gives you something, and over time they change their classes just enough, perhaps concentrating on a particular area for one or two classes, something you may want to incorporate into your practice. I live out of town but am in Buffalo working 2 weeks a month, love this place, it is one of the great things about working here in Buffalo.
It is a beautiful vive and building. Very good place to practice and see your flow. My favorite is the projector lights of the moon and aura lights, wow! This spot is very comfy, cozy, and clean. Felt right at home, thank you!

Went for my second class on Monday and I am so glad I found this studio! It’s super comfortable here and relaxed! Each person I’ve met so far is warm and welcoming and always checking on your needs during class! Classes are smaller which is great for a newbie like me! So happy to have found an amazing place to go to!

Ashley is fantastic! I recently found her and have had two massages with her so far. She finds the perfect balance between deep tissue and relaxation! (Which in my experience can be hard to find both!) I leave feeling amazing. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Would have been a 5 if the place was a bit quieter. The massage was excellent. However I never had a full body Swedish that didn’t include the front.
Lastly… my 90 min session was closer to 80.

I’m so glad I gave acupuncture a chance. It helps me so much both physically and mentally. Ashlyn is wonderful and helps me with so many of my issues including fibromyalgia. If you have any physical or mental pain please give acupuncture a chance, it could really make you feel better.
Buffalo has some great things going for it, Buffalo Community Acupuncture is one of the things that makes Buffalo a special place. Craig is an intuitive, sharp and graceful clinician who has committed himself to serving this community. The community acupuncture model allows many people to experiment this healing modality who otherwise may not be able to afford it. I have had consults and treatments that were incredibly expensive and personalized and had no better results. I am so grateful for Craig and this clinic and the deep rest and nourishment it provides in a wildly racing world.

I go here fairly often for the chair massages. Love them! And the men who do them are very strong. So if they go a bit too deep, just tell them. I feel so free of my stress afterwards. And you can't beat the reasonable prices. My daughter prefers the foot reflexology, she falls asleep everytime. I highly recommend going there to feel stress-free and relaxed.
Well I have neuropathy and the pain can be brutal. The people massaging at Hennys are great. They provide a bit of pain with great relief. The price is good I think and the atmosphere is pretty good considering it's a mall based business. I've gone to a professional masseuse and it's typically over $100 for an hour. Jennys is $60 they give a quick shoulder and head massage , at the end they give a quick thigh massage . You leave elevated and full of endorphins. I treat me and my wife every so often and it's worth it. Try them out you won't regret it
City A1 Driving school helped me to pass my test on the first try at 16! I did the 7 lessons package and Abdul was very patient and helpful each time! He gave me tips and answered every question I had!
My son was so happy to have clear guidance for his drivers test. After his first lesson he said "this guy really knows what he's doing!" Practicing with Abdul really helped him and we are very grateful for his instruction.
