We had just bought a new house and was recommended CWJ for new locks. Chuck was extremely helpful and patient as we figured out what we wanted. He answered all our questions and carefully explained the consequences of what we wanted to us and didn't bat an eye when we abruptly changed our mind mid-order. I locked myself out today, and walked over to the shop on Forest avenue. I nearly begged their help, assuming it would be an all day affair with me sitting on the street waiting for someone to show up. They were there within 15 minutes, he got me in my house within 10 seconds and only wanted to charge me $20. $20 for a service call away from the shop. I've had a number of keys made they're nice to deal with they're on time they're pleasant and their keys always work.
