The instructors are incredible at what they do and really personalize your experience. Everyone who I’ve taken repeat classes with knows me by name and I’m always excited to go to class! When I had to freeze my membership for a few months due to a hectic schedule, I missed Club Pilates Sheepshead Bay every single day—I’m so excited to be back! My favorite instructors are Katherine, Vicky & Tanya but you cannot go wrong no matter which class you take. It’s always going to be a great experience! Even after a year and change I’m still learning new things. I cannot recommend this place enough!“

I was casually looking through Google Maps and was so happy to see this place is still up and rocking… this remains the best gym I’ve ever been to in my life and I’ve got many great memories of my time here! I’ve been to a ton of different gyms since moving back “home” to Australia but have never found a gem like Slope Fitness.I miss this gym so much! Great size, staff and atmosphere. Ahh the hours I spent here were well worth it. Join and you’ll see what I mean!So happy to hear it’s still going strong after all this time:)“
“The Floor is a truly magical studio and I wouldn't do Pilates anywhere else.
Before I met Jamie and tried her class at The Floor, I was scared to do Pilates in NYC because the studios I walked past usually seemed competitive, intense, and well... cliquey (basically exactly like the SNL skit).
The Floor is the THE EXACT OPPOSITE of that—Jamie's classes are incredibly welcoming, grounded, fun, and HARD.
Jamie pays incredible attention to each person's needs and body, no matter what their experience or ability. She cues things in a way that means I have FINALLY found my butt after years of confusion, and somehow manages to be serious/light/exacting/forgiving all at the same time.
I walk out of every class feeling so much more capable in my body and in my life. It's like medicine or witchcraft or something. Try it!“
“Milo is an incredibly talented healer! From the outset of my one-hour session, they checked in consistently to ensure I was informed and comfortable, immediately helping me feel at ease and ready. The dedicated and intentional space at Brooklyn Mindbody Collective is beautiful and helped facilitate a great session. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Milo over the next few months to delve deeper into my healing journey. In just one session, I made more progress than I had in years of struggling with blockages in other forms of therapy. Milo's gentle and intentional guidance helped me identify specific blockages that I plan to address through future energy healing sessions and EMDR sessions as well. Thank you so much to Milo and the team at Brooklyn Mindbody Collective for their transformative work!“

732A Carroll St, Brooklyn“With in minutes of the first class of Yoga For Strong Bones, Jennifer showed me how to sit comfortably crosslegged with multiple props. I told her that I felt my investment was worth it with just that. She made me more aware of holding tension and releasing tension and breathing more effectively. She led us through 12 poses that are alleged, according to the NY Times, to prevent and even reverse osteoporosis. Jennifer brings her own special sauce by reading from a book of Rupi Kaur poems and creating a peaceful space that is calming to the nervous system.I am so appreciative for this amazing group of women that I share this experience with each week!“
