Prema Yoga is quite simply the best studio I have attended since I began my practice as a teenager (many years ago). The sense of community is strong, the space is beautiful and the teachers are outstanding. I love this place.

Prema is the closest thing I have to a church. It's where I go to feel calmer, get in touch with myself, and learn from people I respect. Amanda is a thoughtful and sensitive yogi with a huge heart who is always working on improving her own practice and Prema's offerings. Other phenomenal teachers like Bobbie, Nami, Maria and Marcus have changed the way I do yoga and approach the world. I've been to many retreats including one to Morocco and they have all been soul-nourishing. There is no other yoga studio like this. Try it and you'll see.

After moving to Brooklyn in 2016, I explored numerous yoga studios until discovering Prema. The moment I stepped inside, I sensed that it was the perfect fit for me. I immediately connected with Amanda - she authentically embodies the yogic principles, and I thoroughly enjoyed her classes. The overall atmosphere, the quality of instructors, the well-thought-out programming (they offer many classes that are not focuses on the asanas), and the retreats all contribute to an exceptional experience at Prema. Taking part in their Teacher Training in 2017 proved to be a transformative and enriching journey, thanks to the incredible Prema teachers.
