Palone Bros showed up for annual maintenance for our mitsubishi split a/c units within 48hrs - the office scheduling staff called a few times to see if they could come earlier than booked and the 2 workers who showed up were courteous, hard-working and very neat - no mess left, furniture moved aside and put back and they used a vacuum that we provided. They even brought one item outside because it was so dusty and dirty when we closed for a few months during the pandemic. I highly recommend this small local business.

I know nothing about air conditioners, why they break, or how much it costs to fix them. So how can I judge Palone Bros.? They had some trouble fitting me into their schedule (it's been very hot, and a lot of people needed help), but once I told them the heat was making my elderly dog ill, they came the next day. They diagnosed the problem, and returned the first day I was back from a short trip. Two parts needed to be replaced and installed. I looked up the pricing for these items, and Palone Bros. were on the low side. The technicians came, put the parts in, and everything works. My dog stopped panting, and I'm comfortable and happy.
