My review of Ice Age is long overdue.I had an amazing experience with Ice Age in August and September 2023. From the owner to the project manager, to the people actually doing the work, the experience was positive from start to finish.It was a huge, expensive, and scary project for me, but I always felt heard, respected and cared for.The Ice Age company is made up of professional, skilled and kind persons.As a single, older woman in the city, it is very rare to find these qualities in a contractor.We are typically overcharged, and not listened to by contractors.So, I highly recommend Ice Age.

I met with Johnathan and Victor to see about changing out my current PTAC, I decided after talking with them to go with a Mini Split. I have a one bedroom apt with 2 units that were under my windows, not only were they taking valuable space they were REALLY noisy! Victor sent me an estimate immediately ! I didn't have to call and ask for it or wait days for it. After deciding to go with them and choosing a date for them to do the work everything went smoothly. They never changed the date, they arrived on time and they did the work quickly and neatly. The AC works great! I couldn't be happier making this financial commitment, I know it will improve the value of the apt....read full review
