The only reason I have one star is you have to select a star to post review / they don't deserve the scum off the bottom of my shoe. Do not ever use this company. I was ripped off and 6 weeks later still getting the run around. Tech came to swap out faucet in sink (which I purchased) and install new dishwasher. Charged me 950.00- left the dishwasher was not working (had to have another company come and fix the issue). Told me they would come back to fix, didn't show up the next day when promised. Their office is the most unprofessional, brazen and arrogant. I was told I was getting a refund of 200.00 only now I call second time in 4 weeks looking for the 200.00 check...read full review

THE WORST QUALITY OF SERVICE... NEVER USE THEMwe paid over 400$ for snaking a bathtub which didn't even work for two days. We called them to ask for their plumber to come back to fix it but they flat out refused and didn't even accept responsibility.For someone who charged 400$ for absolute garbage service the quality of work and service is beyond atrocious. Third rate work and third rate company. Won't be surprised if they go under pretty quick.

THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF CASH If I could give 0 stars, I would. We paid $405 to have two drains snaked, neither of which now work. We were not informed that there was a 24 hour warranty on the work that was being done and now they are refusing to fix them without paying for labor. The 24 hour warranty is not listed anywhere on the bill or on their site. When we called the receptionist, they hung up on me and stopped taking my calls. I thought we were supporting a local business - especially in a time of crisis, but have since learned better. DO NOT USE this establishment.
