“This studio is EVERYTHING. RUN do not walk here.. I love hot yoga.. as a nurse it is one of my favorite activities. I am not at all good at it, but I love it. I walked into the stupid timid and afraid. As a travel nurse I walk into a new studio all the time just terrified. I was met with smiles not only from the owner, and the instructor but from other members. It is literally the nicest set of people. The class flowed beautifully and I left feeling top of the world. Again I am not good at yoga but it was such a good time. I was welcomed, the class was amazing, the studio is gorgeous. I love it here.“

Christine was detail-oriented and grasped my ongoing back issues as the source of my overall body pain and misalignment, where others had not. “The best Pilates studio I have ever been to! I initially came to The Reform School in 2014 for help with chronic back pain, and found Miriam to be extraordinarily skillful at identifying and correcting the problem. I continue to go to The Reform School because my core and flexibility have never been stronger or as fit. The one-on-one sessions are personalized to your needs; Miriam never fails to ask what issues you’re having and tailors your workout to address them. She patiently coaches, encourages, motivates, and challenges you. The studio has all the Pilates equipment, which provide a variety of ways to work out. It is also a wonderful place of calm in a fast world – I always finish my sessions feeling serene, confident, and a little bit taller! I definitely and unqualifiedly recommend The Reform School to anybody who needs help recovering from an injury, or who wants to increase their overall strength and fitness. (Plus, there is parking right at the studio, so you don’t have to contend with parking meters and gridlock!)“
