After discussing the issue over the phone he suggested we try to do a few things over the phone first. We were nervous about removing the cover but he assured us (my wife especially) that it was ok. “We have had our Thelin Parlor stove for 17 years. It is the primary source of heat for our home. Last year we had issues with the auger feed going to fast even at the lowest speed in addition to the fire box was very melted after all those years. I contacted Marie Vazquez and she guided me through the process of shipping the stove back to Carson City where their technicians brought my stove back to brand new condition including repainting and polishing the trim pieces. “I was just looking at HVAC Yelp reviews in the Carson City area out of curiosity and noticed that Dennis at All American has only two. This might be appropriate as he is a one-man band, but he deserves more because this is an advantage. We've used Dennis for ten years now to service four HVAC units in a commercial building in Minden, including repairs as needed. If he can't get out right away, he'll tell you. But the important thing is that he gets the job done right, doesn't have to come back to fix it, and the price is reasonable. This all interests me more than a nice uniform.“
