“Had an amazing experience with Carl's Air Conditioning and plumbing. I called around 6:30am for a leak in my master bathroom toilet. This bathroom is a cursed bathroom with all the water issues that I've had and was having again! I expressed to dispatch how quickly I needed someone to fix the water leak as it started to cause water damage. Less than 15 minutes later, Brandon was dispatched and heading my way. He even followed up with to a phone call to let me know he was 18 minutes out. Once Brandon got here and assessed the situation, he was honest with me and gave me a few options. After I gave the go ahead with numbers and repairs, he got started on it, finding that the leak wasn't as bad as originally thought, saving me just a little more money. The toilet has now been repaired and working perfectly. The water damage in my ceiling is going to be repaired by another company, going through my homeowners insurance.
