Our condensation line leaked throught the ceiling. Called for an appointment. Friendly service and professional response. On the day of our service call, Carlos was here right on time. Friendly, Professional, Courteous. Went right to work. When he was finished he expalined what our problem was, how it needed to be fixed and what he did to correct the issue. I could not have asked for better service. Carlos is an asset to your company. In the past I have trained employees on customer service for a large Las Vegas company. I have been using Gibson Air for about 12 years. I just recently had my whole HVAC system replaced. The technician Robbie T. was professional, friendly and very thorough on his work. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained every question I had. They are always on time and so courteous. I would highly recommend Gibson Air and Robbie T.
Outstanding A/C annual maintenance. Robbie was my technician. Very professional and thorough. Explained everything he was doing. Gave some hints on future preventative measures as well as common things to keep an eye out for. Will continue to use them as I have the last several years for all my HVAC needs.
