Well since covid my air conditioner and furnaces had not been checked by a professional for 3 years I happen to see an advertisement on this company and did a little research and called them had them come out to service my air conditioning and furnaces make sure everything's working functioning and they showed me everything they were doing he showed me what needed to be replaced he was very efficient quality means a lot to me when I am dealing with different companies and this is one company and service Personnel that takes pride in their work. Any future work I will be calling them and anybody that needs air conditioning and heating Services I will recommend them.

A Company Doesn't Really Shine until Something Goes Wrong!Controlled Comfort replaced a split AC unit for our house this last July when the temperatures soared above 113 degrees. Sometimes things don't go smoothly on an AC job. It turns out our attic space is very small and difficult to work in and those challenges (along with the heat) were too great for the initial crew to complete the job in one day as originally anticipated. Our AC went out at the worst time of the year in July with temperatures over 110 degrees. Controlled Comfort came out and gave us a thorough and fair quote and helped us in every step of this process which can be quite a lot to handle in the hottest part of the year. They even offered us portable AC units to keep our house cooler while we waited for the team to come. The whole team at Controlled Comfort was amazing. From Ralph, the General Manager, Nefre, the Office Manager, Ryan and the crew that came out to remove our unit and give us a new furnace and air conditioner.
