“TTS just earned a customer for life, my water heater decided to check out and I called top tier. Robert came out the next day and was honest and didn’t try to give me the run around. Gave me a fair price and and marked me down for the coming Friday. Day before he was supposed to come out, his wife called me and informed me they were ahead of schedule and would be at my house in 45 minutes. Robert and Anthony showed up, didn’t play around and got right to work. Fast, friendly, and professional, cannot thank you enough. Wish I could give you more stars.“

“Update to original review - Leaving the neighborhood the same evening, I stopped when I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood at a house under construction. Talked with the gentleman, and he offered to swing by on his way out that evening, and showed up about 15 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse, and had me up and running in about 15 minutes! Can't thank him enough!Original review - They don't answer their phone, and you can't leave a message either. I've got a new construction home, and I came home today after 6 days on the road, and when I tried to flip the AC system on, nothing happened. Not a good feeling. I will be happy to update the review once I get in touch with them, but for now, one star since they're unreachable.“

She has a six month old granddaughter living with her and the heater wasn't properly working the last few weeks -- especially during NM's first really cold days. I called Greg and he stopped by to check out the heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem - dirty filter. He didn't charge my sister and told her how to fix it. I sent him a thank you gift for his quickness and generosity. I highly recommend Rio Grande Heating and Cooling.“

“I cannot speak more highly of Duke City Heating and Cooling. I have used their services for my furnace, swamp cooler and electrical system. On every occasion, they've provided exceptional service at great prices. They work efficiently and are quick to isolate problems, and so far I have zero complaints about their work. They have also always been honest -- for example, when I asked about the cost of a new swamp cooler, I received a shake of the head saying you don't need a new one! That's when you know you're working with someone you can trust.<br><br>UPDATE 10 YEARS LATER: I rarely write reviews, but wrote my first review for Duke City 10 years ago when I was so impressed with their service. I'm back again because they really came through when a neighbors tree limb fell on our electrical line and it damaged our electrical box. We told them the situation and even though they were scheduled far out, they were able to move things around and sent someone out. They also have consistently provided quality service across the years: accurate estimates, timely services and excellent troubleshooting (minimizing the need for another service call). Duke City is a true local, family owned and honest business that provides great service.“

I called the main office number and let them know I needed someone to diagnose a central air unit blowing warm air, he replaced the part the same day I called. John was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked all possible issues and tested his work when he was done, he explained what he was doing and why during the entire process and was up front about the price.“
