Update to original review - Leaving the neighborhood the same evening, I stopped when I saw one of their trucks in the neighborhood at a house under construction. Talked with the gentleman, and he offered to swing by on his way out that evening, and showed up about 15 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse, and had me up and running in about 15 minutes! Can't thank him enough!Original review - They don't answer their phone, and you can't leave a message either. I've got a new construction home, and I came home today after 6 days on the road, and when I tried to flip the AC system on, nothing happened. Not a good feeling. I will be happy to update the review...read full review
