Our furnace stopped working and we called Custom-Air because they installed the furnace in **** and replaced our A/C in 2011. They did a great job then, and we had them maintain both systems over time. I never wrote a review (would have been good) because they performed at a level I expected all such company's would perform at. I'm writing this review because it is different this time. They made three trips, had to get parts, including a control panel from Carrier (first one was defective, and so got another), and when I got the ****, I was very surprise that they charged me for the three parts (but only one panel), and only a couple hours for the last service...read full review

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.
