Another HVAC vendor referred me to Big Bear after they couldn't get me an appt for about a month out. Shane and the boys were in my house in a week, I got a quote for my radiant heat system. It was a lot, but the system needed a lot. They got the work done, and guess what, it ended up being 1/2 the estimate. After the work, there was a little fine tuning issue, which they came out pronto and fixed, no charge. It's no surprise that they have so many 5 star reviews, and I'm adding mine today.
