“Today was my first session with Kat and seriously she not only makes you feel comfortable right away but also knows her stuff. I have had lower back pain for years and Kat gave me insights to pain issues I have had for years. She is gifted, intuitive and a pleasure to work with. “Carolina's hot yoga class is THE best! Would love to have her in the mix more esp for evening and weekend classes. Her cues are easy to follow and you'll be challenged for the entire hour. Kate at front desk is super sweet and always welcomes everyone with a smile. Staff is generally v nice.
