Absolutely love and live for Sunday mornings 1.5 with Kelly - she will work you extremely hard through a creative perfect flow while also having the best time. It’s amazing how she can progress your strength balance and confidence! Her cardio and suspend bring a great sweat and smile too. Thank you Kelly !!
Excellent facility with great staff. Having been to another studio previously, I feel I know the difference between caring instructors and front office personel from ones that are not of the highest caliber. Really glad I changed studios and ended up here in Edgewater.
Valentina is amazing! Her specific movements have assisted in healing and strengthening my hips as I had a hip impingement. She is very connected to mind body and the meditation towards the end of class is magical!❤
