“Great experience. Very fast service and Tim was extremely patient with all of my questions as I had many! I was torn between trying to finish out the season with my existing system or replacing the entire system now as I knew it would definitely have to be replaced before next summer. “Review! So last night my air conditioning decided it wanted to stop working. It got hot super fast. I was recommended to Lafferty Heating and Cooling. I got their answering service early this morning. Lauren called me back promptly and set up for them to come out between 12 and 4. At 1130, I got a call from Bob who said they would be here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being here. They walked me through what had happened and what they needed to do to get it working again.
