“After 3 years of bug free living. all of a sudden I had very unwelcome visitors. At my request the exterminators paid me a visit. First Aubrey came and did his job. The bug population diminished rapidly. Some weeks passed and James came to follow-up and see if spraying treatment was necessary. Since I was not seeing any bugs at all and his inspection do not indicate a problem he did some spraying etc. and said the heavy spraying would not be necessary.
Both Aubrey and James were polite, efficient and pleasant to have working in the apartment. Were I a teacher, I would give each a gold star.
