“Very professional and friendly. I live In a condo and my downstairs neighbors have a roach infestation and refuse to take care of it. Sometimes they find their way into my unit.The issue was pretty complicated but long story short -- Cover your Wallet Outlets with plastic plugs (roachs can come through electrical sockets.- Cover your air vents with bug proof plastic grating (they can come through your vents if you live in a condo)- Cover your drains (however rare they can still come through the drains)All of these things paired with once or twice a month on going treatment will help you live comfortably.Highly Recommend the guys at Essence Pest Control over any of the other big brands. You'll get a better more down to earth experience by going with them.“

Tom was very knowledgeable and a complete gentleman. He went over and above his call of duty. He was assuring BUT NOT condescending. He never made me feel that my concerns were exaggerated or extreme. I’m delighted and relieved with the solution to this situation.I’m a review person and what convinced me to call Mantis were the excellent reviews. Well the reviews did not disappoint! Tom the owner explained many things to me - he was patient and did not brush me off and gave me an appointment right away. My husband (who is always a hard one to convince) ended up signing for a monthly service that couldn’t be beat by anyone.With that service any pests they’re treating for that could show up (mice/those little spring time ants) they will come back & retreat without an extra expense. *this does NOT include bed bugs, carpenter ants, etc. I saw a mouse in my garage & they were there the next day.Their technicians are super nice & able to answer any questions.They call a few weeks in advance to let their customer know when to expect the next monthly treatment & upon arrival, discuss with their customer if any pests have been seen.
