“I called Mantis on 2/2/24 and spoke to Tom (the owner) about my rodent problem. He scheduled a tech. to come over today Saturday 2/3/24. Tom (the tech) arrived PROMPTLY at the appointed time. Tom was very knowledgeable and a complete gentleman. He went over and above his call of duty. He was assuring BUT NOT condescending. He never made me feel that my concerns were exaggerated or extreme. I’m delighted and relieved with the solution to this situation.I’m a review person and what convinced me to call Mantis were the excellent reviews. Well the reviews did not disappoint!
