“Out of the blue, a portion of our living room ceiling collapsed. Nobody was hurt. It was original to the 84 year old house, and the nails holding it to the joists just failed. Bob Hume came over soon after I called and we determined that several rooms, ultimately 5 (living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms) plus the ceiling above a stairway, needed to be replaced. He had a crew in the next day to demo the living room ceiling. This was a profoundly disruptive event, but Bob was very concerned that I was satisfied and kept in touch. The crew was really good at what they do. They cleaned up thoroughly. I would be happy to work with them again.“

Ms. Gallitelli took the time to explain everything and was willing to work out a plan with us. She did as stated she would do the next business day by forwarding the video and the invoice. She left a message saying call if there was a problem and what to look out for. The plumbing problem we had we thought it warrant immediate attention which it did not after being fixed by HOFF and Sons. We had to other company out for the same problems and neither said that we didn’t have to fix the problem ASAP not only that a previous plumber had been there the day before and the issue was not resolved .
