“We hired Jay-Quin Contracting to completely renovate our bathroom. They were recommended by a couple of people we knew and had good on-line reviews. We met with Jay and he gave us an estimate for the work to be done. Due to COVID, our renovation was pushed back but the supply chain was slow so by the time we were ready to go, we had our items lined up. Jay was very patient and has a very even and easy going personality which I found comforting. He listened to both my husband and I, he heard what we envisioned and also made suggestions. Our home is almost 100 years old and although the bathroom had been renovated about 30 years ago, we were still nervous about what would be uncovered. Luckily, everything was good and the installation of walls, tiles and floors went off without a hitch. There were minor, post-renovation issues and Jay was eager to make the changes necessary to make us happy. “I don't even know where to begin with how AMAZING Built Tough Construction was with our huge renovation. We added onto our house and gutted about 75% of the existing house to the studs. So it was basically an entire overhaul. AND we lived in the two untouched rooms during the entire renovation. Built Tough was incredible. Bill Seigenthaler was great from the moment we met him for the bid. He is communicative and very accurate and honest with his prices. Bill's entire team, from his guys to the subcontractors he has used for decades, were all outstanding. Everyone was professional, so kind, and so meticulous with their clean up at the end of each day. Some individual shout outs are definitely warranted. The two other main managers on site, Tom and James, were fantastic. They were on-point with everything and were so patient with all of our questions, needs and changes. The Built Tough crew...PHENOMINAL! Shout out to Sebastian, Alex, Ryan and Jamie. They are all the best and we loved having them in our house doing their amazing work. Such nice guys too!! All of Built Tough's subcontractors are fantastic and Bill has been working with them for so long. They all know each other, get along great, and work around each other like a well-oiled machine. We spent the most time with the plumbers and electricians, so special shout outs to Bill from Wood & Pipes, and his two guys Sylvester and Mark. They were all excellent and again, so patient as we asked questions and made changes. For electrical, Joe from Gallucci Electrical is the best of the best. His guys Rob and Elmer were equally fantastic and patient. Everyone knows their trade so well and they execute beautifully. The tile guys, HVAC guys, floor guys, everyone, were great to work with. We are so completely and totally thrilled with our house now and we can actually say that we enjoyed the renovation process. We know that's because of Built Tough and all of their incredible people.
