“The technician John who came to repair my heater was polite and professional he had a smile on his face the entire time and took the extra effort to make sure i was aware of the damage done to the heater from a leak of a poor job done prior and what exactly he would be doing to repair it, after completion of the job he was kind enough to go over all the new parts and make sure i understood what was replaced and how the heat would be working better going forward (which it was within an hr of him leaving my whole home was toasty again !) the only issue was it did take them a little bit to get back to me to schedule the job but they did provide a tech the very next day so back up to 5 starsServices: Heating system repair“

John is very hands on, and his approach of shopping with the homeowner to make sure everything will “work” during installation I think is a key component of job success and customer satisfaction. “Steve and his team are excellent. We had cellar door that was not only broken and needed to be replaced but the entire foundation around the door had to be replaced and extended. Juz Bro's measured, ordered the door and 3-4 weeks later his team came out and replaced it and completed the work. Delia is their office manager and extremely responsive and professional when it came to any questions with billing, invoice, payments etc. Highly recommend.“
