I recently bought a new computer & printer for my 16 year old granddaughter from Best Buy. The store tried to sell me on the Qeek Squad to set it up. The Qeek Squad wanted to charge me two separate charges one for the printer and another for the computer. I called Best IT who came to the house the same day. My brother, who has Asperger's Syndrome, was very upset when his Windows XP machine ceased to work, due to a probable virus and/or malware attack.
