They really are a five star business. Rich interacted with my son and explained the entire hour and half he was there play by play and was extremely patient. Computer medic is definitely knowledgeable and caring..... I highly recommend them.

After going back and forth with Apple for a few weeks and getting absolutely nowhere and an outrageous quote for their continued help, I found Computer Medic and they were reasonable, knowledgable and were able to get the problem solved in less than a week. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
