“Excellent experience. I was skeptical coming in but Puru was an amazing help. My Macbook Pro from 2012 --- i know; it's old --- is working fine but I noticed the fan has higher activity than usual. Puru helped identify the cause & suggested I contact the Software that was causing the CPU drainage.He got my old MacBook to keep going for another year or 2 & I'm forever grateful. He was also very straightforward about the repair cost & gave me a few suggestions weighing the choice between fixing it or getting a new laptopWill definitely be back when I need a new Macbook in a few years. If you don't feel like throwing away your computer every few years & want to make use of the current ones as long as possible. I highly recommend bringing it in for Puru to look at.“
